    "After working nearly 20 years in human resources working as a corporate consultant for companies such as Bankers Life and Casualty, the Chicago Tribune and Harris Bank, I went through a career crisis of my own. I thought that I had to meet or exceed all the demands of my boss and clients. This belief served me well at the start, but I soon found my life to be out of balance. I worked long hours and became too stressed-out to enjoy my family and friends.
